Start your martial arts journey by taking a VIP tour of our premier facility, located in the heart of Tampa, near the Armature Works and downtown area. Meet our highly skilled coaches and take a look at our two training sections before deciding on which class to attend during your next visit.
Following your visit, we extend an invitation for you to experience a complimentary class. Our schedule offers options for morning, afternoon, and evening sessions, including Fitkick, wrestling, and Muay Tai. You can select the class that best aligns with your objectives to begin with.
On your first day at Kaizen, park in our designated lot or on the street nearby. You'll be welcomed by a coach, and have the opportunity to meet some of the Kaizen family before class. We offer a variety of classes including FitKick, Muay Thai and Bang Muay Thai, all you need to wear is comfortable athletic clothing such as shorts or leggings and a white t-shirt.

If it aligns with your objectives, you can become a member of the Kaizen Fight Team and compete in FitKick, Muay Thai, and Bang Muay Thai tournaments around Tampa.
