KJ Kosobucki

KJ discovered yoga over a decade ago, and enjoyed how easily it fit into her life. She quickly recognized the depth of the practice, and the incredible power of simply taking a deep breath.  KJ received her 200hr Teacher Training in Tampa a few years ago, and has since been dedicated to learning and growing with her students.  She is inspired every day by how personal each individual's practice truly becomes. Currently KJ is working at Tampa’s only Martial Arts and Yoga studio, Kaizen.

KJ loves to share the energy and strength of powerful vinyasa, while leaving room to explore variations and modifications.  In her class, you will find a blend of traditional Ashtanga Yoga mixed with non-traditional flows, with a heavy focus on mobility that can be applied to everyday movements
